We are FlowTracks, operated by Dmitrii Zhiganov, based in Germany at Seestraße 39, Berlin, 13353 (VAT ID: DE450185232).

By using our website www.flow-tracks.com and related services (together, the "Services"), you agree to these legal terms ("Terms").

FlowTracks helps users stay focused and track their progress toward meaningful goals.

These Terms form a legal agreement between you (the "User") and us. By accessing the Services, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agreed to all terms. If you don't agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

The Services are for users aged 18 and over. If you're under 18, you cannot use or register for the Services.

1. OUR SERVICES

FlowTracks is not intended for use in regions where using it would break the law or require registration with local authorities. If you access our Services from outside Germany, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for following local laws.

GDPR Compliance

FlowTracks fully complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). When using our script on your website, FlowTracks acts as a data processor, and you are the data controller. That means:

• You are responsible for informing your users about what data is collected, how it's used, and why.
• You must handle GDPR requests like data access, deletion, or restriction.
• FlowTracks will assist you in meeting your GDPR obligations as your data processor.

Your Use of Our Services

You may access and use content from FlowTracks for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You're allowed to:

• View and access the Services.
• Download or print content, as long as you have proper rights to it.

You cannot copy, redistribute, sell, modify, or publicly display our content or services for commercial purposes without our written permission.

3. User Responsibilities

By using FlowTracks, you confirm that:

• All info you provide during registration is accurate and up to date.
• You'll keep that info updated as needed.
• You're legally able to agree to these terms.
• You're not a minor in your country.
• You won't use bots, scripts, or any automated tools to access the service.
• You won't use FlowTracks for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Your usage will follow all laws and regulations.

If you give false or outdated information, we may suspend or delete your account and deny future access.

4. User Registration

You may need to register to use FlowTracks. Keep your password safe—you're responsible for any activity under your account.

We can remove or change usernames if they're inappropriate or offensive.

5. Purchases & Payments

All sales are final and non-refundable.

We accept payments via Stripe.

You must provide accurate payment details and keep them up to date (email, card info, etc.).

Prices may change. Taxes may be added. All charges are in Euros (€).

You agree to pay all charges at checkout. We may correct pricing errors, even after payment.

We may refuse or cancel orders if we suspect abuse (e.g., bulk buying, same account or payment method).

6. What You Can't Do (Prohibited Activities)

You can only use FlowTracks the way it's meant to be used. You can't:

• Use FlowTracks for anything illegal or shady.
• Mess with our systems, servers, or users.
• Hack, upload malware, or use bots/scripts to cheat or overload the platform.
• Steal or copy content unless we say it's okay.
• Pretend to be someone else or use someone else's login.
• Spam, scam, or advertise stuff (pyramid schemes, junk email, etc.).
• Share or scrape personal info from other users.
• Post or share anything hateful, abusive, misleading, or adult.
• Try to break or bypass our security features.
• Use FlowTracks for spying, selling data, or commercial purposes without permission.

7. What You Can Post (User-Generated Content)

You can post content like feedback, reviews, or ideas—but by doing so, you confirm:

• You made it or have full rights to post it.
• It doesn't violate copyright or any laws.
• It isn't offensive, harmful, or misleading.
• It isn't spam, ads, or scams.
• It doesn't include private info about others without permission.
• It won't harm or target anyone unfairly.
• It doesn't break any laws or promote hate or violence.

We may show your content on the site or share it publicly. You agree it's not confidential, and we can use it to improve the platform.

8. Content You Share (Contribution License)

If you share any content on FlowTracks (like comments, reviews, or uploads), you:

• Give us a worldwide, forever license to use it in any way (copy, publish, edit, show, etc.).
• Let us use your name, image, and other info tied to that content.
• Confirm the content is yours or you have permission to use it.
• Keep ownership of your content—we don't claim it as ours.

We may edit, move, or delete anything you post, but we're not obligated to monitor or moderate it.

9. Links to Other Sites (Third-Party Content)

FlowTracks may show you links to other websites or content not owned by us:

• We don't control or endorse those sites or their content.
• If you use them, you do so at your own risk.
• We're not liable for anything that happens on those external sites.
• Always read the third-party site's terms before using their services.

Copyright Issues

We respect the rights of content creators. If you believe that something on FlowTracks violates your copyright, please let us know using the contact info provided. We'll send a copy of your complaint to the person who uploaded the content.

Important: If you file a false claim, you may be legally responsible for any harm caused. If you're unsure whether something actually violates your copyright, talk to a lawyer before filing a complaint.

14. Account Suspension and Termination

We can suspend or delete your account at any time and for any reason—without prior notice. This includes blocking certain IPs. If we take such action, you won't be allowed to make a new account, even under another name.

If needed, we may also pursue legal action.

15. Changes and Service Interruptions

We may update, change, or remove any part of the service at any time, without warning. We're not responsible for keeping content updated or for any losses if we change or discontinue something.

We can't promise the service will always be available. There may be outages or updates. We're not liable if the service is temporarily or permanently unavailable.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee that it'll be accurate, error-free, secure, or always available. You're using it at your own risk.

We're not responsible for:

• Any errors or mistakes in content
• Injuries or damages from using the service
• Unauthorized access to data
• Service interruptions
• Viruses or malicious code
• Third-party ads, products, or services linked from the app

Always use your best judgment when using the service.

20. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for any damages—direct or indirect—including lost profits, lost data, or other losses—even if you told us something might go wrong.

26. Lifetime Purchase Disclaimer

A "lifetime" purchase means the lifetime of the product—not your lifetime. We may change or stop offering the product at any time without refunds. Lifetime access only includes the basic plan, and we may switch to subscriptions or add paid features later.

27. Beta Product Disclaimer

The product is in beta. That means bugs, performance issues, or design changes may happen regularly.

28. No Guarantee of Goal Achievement

We help you track goals, but we don't promise that you'll reach them. Your results depend on your own effort.
